        This information has come from testlive, and is in preparation of giving the tos a boot, and fixing storm crown bck to a constant 700-800 tick every 3secs alone wit chance on 1400crits. Tos will shortly be getting a boost looks like.

        Coeficients should be significally increased.

        Fix invulnerability againist ranged attacks. tooltip shows +150% againist ranged, but ranged attacks do same damage with eyes running and without. Expected behavior: heal from ranged attacks.

        Divide & Conquer line
        Decrease cooldown to 2min. Revert D&C to 1.04 scheme - each teammember with specific division should increase stack of corresponding budff. (Now - only single buff and single debuff applyed)
        Shock & awe - make schema more clear. Make S&A elemental debuff stackable with all other elemental debuffs, make applying rate higher (for 5 points - 75-100% chance on hit/spellhit)

        Curse of set:
        Left Elemental ruin portion unchanged, replace curse of set portion with applying -25% received healing debuff (Variations: debuff, which prevent healing by "big" heals, debuf which turns 64/sec group heals into 64/sec DoT)

        Lighting sparks
        Should be 12-targets AoE.

        Sets lifespark
        Decrease cooldown

        Aura of nebthu
        Increase spell base damage or coeficients.

        Triumfant life of set
        Increase base damage or number of pulses.

        Grounfing charge
        Rebuild to apply 10% snare per feat with 50-75%chance

        Faitful of set
        Make it own hot, stackable with "cone" hots. (explanation: to prevent overriding of more potent hot by less potent and make it stackable with BS improved coneheals)

        Pilar lighting
        Increase number of targets +1 with 1 point, +3 with 2 +6 with 3. Increase radius by 2m per featpoint

        Inner Charge
        Extentd it to lightingspark and charged blast. Make crit boost effect stay for 6-10sec. (my vision: when you cast innercharge, you received 60sec buff "100% chance of innercharge on self on LS" and innercharge, triggered by LS is 6-10sec buff, gaining 100% crit to LS, CB, LSp, aura? )

        Fury of storm
        Expand area of coverage to LS, LSp, CB. Increase critical damage by 10% per featpoint

        Column lighting
        Remove number of targets limitation on column hit. Improve Lighting arc to pulse to +1 target per feat near target, affected by arc (similar necromancer spell)

        Puppets of set
        Increase number of targets to 10

        Cyclones
        Make priest stats influence cyclone same way as demonolog influence his summon
        Add mana damage, equal to HP damage for 2nd level of cyclones, add same stamina damage for 3hd level.
        Extens cyclones to pulse column spell between cyclones if more than 1 syclone running. Increase cyclone lifetime by 50%. (Variation: make column spell pulsing also between cyclone and idoll, make it pulsing between cyclone and any pet in group)

        lmfao , of all the classes they choose to redo . felujara topping both the healing eter and dps meters isnt enough in comparrison to some of the gimped classes, seriously funcom needs to take their head out of their asses and fix some classes that are totally fucked instead of re ubering a tos who is fine atm and can kill just fine.

        Well that is just stupid. We don't need any damage boosts at all. I'm doing very good dps in raids, and that last time we owned Bloodline lvl 3 keep, I scored 44 kills. And I spent more than half my time casting hots and heals since we were low on healers.

        I would agree to fix bugs that are completely broken like that Eye of the Storm. I really don't know if it is broken but if it doesn't give the protection, then it is simply a self applying root which should get fixed.
        Yeah fix the bugs, no issue with that.

        Lol yeah had a chance to read over it earlier. Never read the starting was too interested in the list.

        Yeah this is feedback about how to fix tos's, which they aren't really broken or useless or anything of the sort.

        no plans for changes of ToS are happening this was a post from a player on how he thinks the ToS needs to be fixed, this was loled on the US ToS forums.
        Bummer, I just can't get into enjoying my tos. That toon is so close to getting lvl 80 and I don't even want to hassle with it because I don't think I appreciate what it has to offer or how it plays. It lacks the brute of my conq and the dps of my demo. Seems like everything "resists" my spells.
